Green PickMeUp Juice

(for 2 – 3 people)

a super pick me up juice ideal always:


1 tbsp of freshly grated turmeric,
1 tbsp of freshly grated horseradish,
1 tbsp of  ginger
2 tbsp of chia seeds
Fresh parsley, coriander, and basil
½ jar of bio culture yogurt
1 tbsp of linseeds
1 egg (optional)

Peel, wash and grate the turmeric, horseradish and ginger;
Wash and chop the parsley, coriander and basil,
Peel and slice the beetroot, kiwi and the 2 bananas
Soak 1 tbsp of linseeds for 5 minutes in 6 oz of water
Separately soak 2 tbsp of chia seeds for 5-10 minutes in 6 oz of water

Put all ingredients into a blender including the soaked linseed and chia seeds with the water
Add yogurt and some extra water if it appears too thick.
Add the egg if you wish

Blend everything until ready.
