The body is as important as the mind, the spirit and the psyche. All is energy
… and this is an excellent quick and nourishing soup:

RECIPE: (for 3 – 4 people)

100g broccoli florets
100g cauliflower
A few carrots
A few tomatoes

2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs ginger
1 tbs horseradish

Salt and ground black pepper
bio culture yogurt

Preparation method
Peel, wash and grate the turmeric, horseradish, ginger, and carrots.
Wash and chop the parsley, coriander and basil,

Wash all ingredients.

Place the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and the tomatoes in a large saucepan with plenty of water
Bring to the boil and reduce the heat.
Add the chia seeds, the ginger, and the horseradish.
Add seasoning
Simmer for 20 minutes

Let the soup cool for 10minutes and blend it to a nice almost creamy result
Place the soup into bowls
Add one spoonful of bio yogurt
