Excuses and Poetry

She was with a woman, who told her to stop looking for

excuses, Luna asked: ‘what excuses?’
‘You,’ she said…pointing at ‘self’…
Luna was feeling very upset, sitting crossed legged
facing one another, holding hands.

She started a poem for herself, followed by a poem for
the woman with her: ‘what’s your name again, sorry?’,
‘Not me she said: Xyz….and something’
‘… oh?’
‘Yes she is the one whom you really upset’
So with deep tears in her eyes Luna knew exactly now
whom she upset…and gently said a poem:

‘Upsetting deeply throughout the years –
Someone inside, you hold dear –
Now it’s time to work that out –
What had been spoiled inside out’
