Spring Juice


Don’t underestimate SPRING sudden weather changes affecting our well-being, it’s important to keep up a good balance between healthy nutrition and daily exercise as well as spending time in nature.

Spring Juice: (for 2 – 3 people)

2 beetroots
1 large banana
2 kiwis
1 cup of strawberries and other berries
1 apple
2 carrots
Fresh parsley
Some iceberg lettuce
½ jar of bio culture yogurt
1 tbsp of freshly grated turmeric,
1 tbsp of freshly grated horseradish,
1 tbsp of ginger
2 tbsp of chia seeds

Peel and slice the beetroot, kiwi, apple, carrots, and banana
Wash the strawberries and other berries
Wash and chop the parsley and the iceberg lettuce
Peel, wash and grate the turmeric, horseradish and ginger;
Soak 2 tbsp of chia seeds for 5-10 minutes in 6 oz of water
Put all ingredients into a blender including the chia seeds with the water
Add yogurt and some extra water if it appears too thick.

Blend everything until ready and voila!.
